I have flown over the Atlantic a gazillion times. I have flown with Aeroflot. This must have been the worst flight ever. Why do I hear flight attendats arguing with passengers all the time? Why dont I get my own TV (as I do on most modern airlines? Why dont the flight attendats hand out the necessary forms...
