Today early morning my son ( Mr. Nagarajan Krishnaswamy) and daughter in law (Mrs Vidhya Srinivasan) checked in to go to Calgary via Frankfurt.
One of their baggage was little excess weight. Instead of help them to solve the issue the ground staff Ms SARITA MURALIDHRAN and Mr. BASKER THANGARAJ yelled and used unparliamentary words thus upsetting all the travellers.
It lookslike Lufthansa picks up arrogant personnel to work as ground staff almost every where. But their ground staff in Chennai tops in arrogancy.
I would request all the air travellers who fly with their hard earned money to avoid Lufthansa if they expect a pleasant check in. However, if any of you travel to Chennai don't ever use Lufthansa.
Well I say write a review about them and tell them that there company sucks. That was unacceptable. I live in tokyo and I bought a round ticket but the service is awful. They lost my suitcase at narita and I had to get it the second day at frankfurt. At the end I rufund my flight ticket back home and took JAL back (much better service!)
