Lufthansa has the most disgusting unfriendly staff for gate agents. These low life would not survive in any other jobs. they threaten people if they even question them regardless how civilly, with blacklisting. Seems that they think they are back in 1944. I wil NEVER fly with this disgusting airline again. Not are they the most unfriendly and passenger disorientated airline I have ever flown with but they are also the MOST despicable and useless service I have ever had. They also have now got the record for losing my baggage 100% of the time. I have flown over 20 sectors over the last 2 months with these clowns, and this is the final straw. Lufthansa you will get you just deserts and slowly loose your business. Until you learn to treat people with respec,t as they are who pay your salaries, you will definitely follow the well trodden path of numerous other corporations who think they are invincible and disregard the common person. All I can say is screw you.
Lufthansa not only sucks but they now outsource their sucking. They took every last piece of luggage off the FRA to LCY flight last night but the first we poor passengers knew about it was in the arrivals hall. So instead of suitcases, we got a rugby scrum to submit a claims form and an overnight toilet bag that doesn't even begin to be insulting. Now I get a text message from a 3rd party provider LAUGHINGLY CALLED BAGAGE REPATRIATION SERVICES asking me to spend the entire day waiting for my case that wlil arrive before 19.50
THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE - AND THE PHONE NUMBER IS NOT FREE CALL. SO I HAVE TO PAY TO LISTEN TO THEIR POOR TASTE IN MUSIC BEFORE THEY CUT ME OFF
